Violeta Calzadilla Borges is a Food product developer, specialising in producing a variety of sauces, dressings and dips. The food products are developed with Violeta's company, Lola's Gourmet, based in Wellington, New Zealand. Violeta's passion for food is supported by her passion for business, leading her to study at Welltech, Massey University and Sothern Institute of Technology. Violeta has travelled much in the past, and is fluent in both English and Spanish, with experience as an interpretor.
